Sylvester is trained as an Architect and City Planner from University of California at Berkeley and has held senior positions at reputed global firms such as Gensler, Woods Bagot, HOK and SOM both is USA and Asia.He is a design and delivery specialist, developing the plans and systems for strategic positioning of large communities, and tactical operations and value enhancement in their development
He brings cross-border perspective from his global experience with built projects, whose economic engines must compete in an increasingly competitive world. His key focus is the translation of the mission to build economic synergies between multiple districts, into requirements and innovations in spatial planning to support such macroeconomic directions.
He is a seasoned veteran of the unique challenges of urban development across the fast growing cities and hinterlands of Asian megalopolises. He understands the essence of land planning and has the unique ability to illustrate and process technicalities into simple user friendly drawings and diagrams that allow for easy interpretation and implementation across different cultures and geographies.
His particular skills include development advisory, concept planning, site design, design guidelines, land use programming, urban visualization, sustainability and resilience planning.
